The New York City Fire Museum is dedicated to preserving and presenting the history and cultural heritage of the New York City Fire Department. It houses one of the nation's most prominent collections of fire-related art, artifacts, gear, and apparatus from the late 18th century to the present. It also honors the 343 FDNY members who made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11.
